Creamy avocado cuts the tart bite from grapefruit in this delicious side salad.

Ingredients
- 8 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Directions
- On a large serving platter or six individual salad plates, arrange the salad greens, grapefruit sections and avocado slices.
- For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, water, sugar and salt. Drizzle dressing over the salad.
