Jelly is delicious, but nothing beats the natural sweetness of a nutritious banana. It's the perfect addition to creamy peanut butter and a crisp slice of fiber-rich toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sprouted-grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Toast bread. Spread the toast with peanut butter and top with banana slices.
