Apricot Yogurt Delight

Don't think you have time for dessert? This fresh and delicious apricot dish has just four ingredients and comes together in 10 minutes.

Prep/Cook Time: 10 Minutes, Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh or dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons low-sugar apricot preserves
  • 4 teaspoons chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. Divide yogurt between two serving bowls. Top with apricots, preserves and walnuts. Serve immediately.
