Prep/Cook Time: 10 Minutes, Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or dried apricots
- 2 tablespoons low-sugar apricot preserves
- 4 teaspoons chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions
- Divide yogurt between two serving bowls. Top with apricots, preserves and walnuts. Serve immediately.
