Cute mini bell peppers are stuffed with protein-rich hummus in this easy, handheld snack recipe.

Prep/Cook Time: 10 Minutes, Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Kalamata olives
  • 8 mini bell peppers, cored

Directions

  1. Combine hummus and olives. Stuff each pepper with about 1 tablespoon of the hummus.
