For a quick, protein- and omega-3-rich healthy snack, try this 5-minute smoked salmon cracker recipe. We like Wasa crackers because they are sturdy, but any healthy cracker will work.

  • 3 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Wasa crispbread
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • Pinch of salt
