Perfect with soup or as an easy snack, this healthy cheese toast recipe pairs reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), smoked salmon and dill on top of crusty bread.

Prep/Cook Time: 5 Minutes, Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 diagonal slice baguette (¼ inch thick), preferably whole-wheat
  • 1 tablespoon Neufchâtel
  • ½ ounce smoked salmon
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Toast bread. Top with Neufchâtel, smoked salmon and dill.
