Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
Directions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and mustard in a salad bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss with salad greens.
