Basic Green Salad With Vinaigrette

Make a larger batch of this basic vinaigrette to have on hand for salads throughout the week.

Prep/Cook Time: 10 Minutes, Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens

Directions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and mustard in a salad bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss with salad greens.
