Try This Today

Why

Consuming lots of flavonoid-rich fruits is important for maintaining cognitive function. In a study following more than 77,000 people over more than 20 years and published in 2021 in Neurology, eating many flavonoid-rich foods — such as strawberries, oranges, grapefruits, citrus juices, apples/pears, celery, peppers and bananas — was significantly associated with lower cognitive decline, regardless of total calories eaten and other nondietary factors.
