hide-junk-food

Try this today
  • Hide the junk food in your home so that it is out of sight and hard to reach. Consider stashing it in upper cabinets, at the bottom of your pantry or behind other items.
  • Meanwhile, make nutritious foods easier to see and reach. Display fruit in a bowl on your counter. Keep ready-to-eat veggies at the front of your refrigerator. Keep nuts and dried fruits in clear containers where you can see them.
Why

It’s true what they say: out of sight, out of mind. We often reach for junk food out of convenience or habit. By putting a little thought into where you place the healthy snacks and the not-so-healthy ones, you can make the right choice the easy choice, too.
